Converting a website design into a HTML template for Drupal is not that straight forward but Generic Website offers this service for a fixed cost of £199 per template. For additional pages that are similar to the theme Generic charges £49 per extra theme/design. The theme will work with Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox with acceptable degradation for Inetenet Explorer 6 (in most cases it will be identical).
